Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the item. Custom orders: Production of your custom artwork requires a two-week lead time. If your artwork is framed, the delivery time extends to four weeks.

Depending on the size of the artwork and the distance, the pieces are removed from the stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a rigid tube, ready to be marked by your local specialist.

We ship internationally. For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on the location and the method selected at checkout.

Returns

Due to the specialized handling required for artwork during transport, returns and replacements cannot be accepted when the request is due to a change of mind. This policy aims to protect the integrity of each artwork and ensure its proper preservation.

All artworks are handled with extreme care during packaging. If, despite these precautions, your order is damaged during shipping, please notify marlyusart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and send details of the problem, photos of the packaging before opening it, and a photo of the damaged artwork inside. We will work with you to find a solution.

From the moment a painting is created, it also begins a natural process of transformation. Over time, both the paint layer and the primer lose elasticity, becoming progressively more rigid and vulnerable. This natural aging is accentuated by changes in ambient humidity, which cause the canvas to expand and contract. These variations generate internal stresses and, eventually, cracks.

For this reason, we do not accept returns related to the natural aging of the artwork.
