Because the transport of artwork requires especially careful handling, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or replacements of artworks when the request is due to a change of mind. This policy aims to protect the integrity of each piece and ensure its proper preservation.

All artworks are handled with extreme care during packaging. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please notify marlyusart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and send details of the problem, photos of the packaging before opening it, and a photo of the damaged artwork inside. We will work with you to find a solution.
